CANCELLATION POLICY

DRTPDLRS, LLC, (hereinafter “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) There are several upfront expenses leading up to trips/camps (Lodging fees, Permits, Instructor/Guide fees and reservations, etc.) that require us to have a cancellation policy that all participants must agree to before signing up.

Day Trips Cancellation Terms

• For 100% refund or credit toward future trips notice must be received fourteen (14) days prior to departure

• For 50% refund cancellation notice must be received seven (7) days prior to day of trip departure

• No refund can be given with notice within seven (7) days prior to departure 

Multi-day Camp Cancellation Terms

• For 100% refund or credit toward future trips notice must be received fourteen (14) days prior to departure

• No refund can be given within fourteen (14) days prior to departure 

WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY, so we strongly urge you to consider investing in Travel Insurance offered by Travel Guard or USI Travel Insurance Services.

WEATHER POLICY

DRTPDLRS, LLC, (hereinafter “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) will always use judgment that prioritizes the safety and well-being of our clients/riders first and foremost. We will make our best effort that every trip/camp happens but inclement weather does and will happen. In the event our destination is forecast to experience a weather event that is unsafe and/or damaging to the sustainability of the trail system we will make every effort to have an alternate destination that day. Should the trip/camp have to canceled entirely DrtPdlrs will issue credit for a future trip of equal value.
